1. SHIPPING POLICY
1) All items shipped from the AeroQuad store shall be done through UPS or the United States Post Office
2) Please expect 3 business days for an order to be shipped.
3) For customers ordering internationally outside the United States, you are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods
Important note for international customers outside of the United States:
Destination taxes or customs fees are the customers responsibility. We are unable to falsify any customs forms, please do not ask. Also, note that USPS shipping may take up to 30 days for your package to arrive, please choose UPS if you have a time sensitive international delivery need.

2. RETURNS POLICY
1) Due to the intended usage of the items sold at this site, we are only able to accept returns if no modification has been made to the items purchased. This includes any sort of additional soldering to the devices that alters it's original state/configuration as delivered to the end user.
2) You can return unmodified items you have ordered from us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be assumed by you.
3) Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
